What We Do: Areas of Expertise
*Professional Development
V4K’s Teacher Professional Development (TPD) Program is an in-depth, hands-on, active-learning workshop that provides the most effective educational strategies. Teachers from U.S. schools and universities are trained to lead the sessions which focus on relational teaching, small group lesson design, differentiated instruction and TESOL methodology.

Teachers from U.S. schools and universities are trained to lead the sessions which focus on relational teaching, small group lesson design, differentiated instruction and TESOL methodology.
*Classroom Instruction
The Summer Language and Culture Exchange Program at The University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) has grown from 200 students with 10 teachers in 2012, to 1500 students and 50 foreign teachers in 2015. Working with University freshmen, our American USTB team examines a variety of issues which nclude family values, American holidays, and multiculturalism. Promoted by the Chinese Ministry of Education, the program increases cultural understanding between foreigners and Chinese Nationals and fosters greater harmony between different cultures.
